These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SM Solutions website and the services we provide. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Services
SM Solutions provides digital services including web development, design, marketing, video editing, app development and e-commerce solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed with you before work begins.
Orders & quotes
Prices shown on this site are starting points in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may vary based on project scope. A final quote is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before work starts.
Payments
- Pay Now: Payment is made in advance via JazzCash to the account title Syed Muhammad Shah. This option receives priority handling and no additional service fee.
- Pay After Delivery: You may order without advance payment. An additional service fee may apply, and payment is due upon delivery as agreed.
Delivery & timelines
We work to the timeline agreed for your project. Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials or scope changes may extend delivery dates.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond your package may incur extra charges, agreed in advance.
Ownership & rights
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered work. Until payment is complete, all deliverables remain the property of SM Solutions. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, and the legal right to any content or materials you supply to us.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SM Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.
