We want you to be happy with your project. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by SM Solutions.
Our commitment
Your satisfaction is our priority. Before requesting a refund, please allow us to resolve any concerns through the revision rounds included in your package — most issues are solved quickly this way.
Pay Now (advance payment)
- Before work begins: If you cancel before we start, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid.
- Work in progress: If work has started, a partial refund may be issued for the portion of work not yet completed, at our reasonable discretion.
- After delivery: Once final files are delivered and approved, the order is considered complete and is generally non-refundable.
Pay After Delivery
Because no advance is taken, there is nothing to refund. If you are not satisfied, we will work through revisions with you before any payment is finalised.
Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after the work has been completed and approved.
- Delays or issues caused by missing materials, incorrect information, or lack of feedback from your side.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. domains, paid plugins, ad spend).
How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and the reason for your request. We review every request fairly and aim to respond within 3 business days.
